Plans

Priced on how many budgets you run, not how much you spend.

Charging a percentage of spend would mean charging you more in exactly the months you overspent. So plans are shaped by scope instead: how many budgets, how many accounts, how many people hold a limit. Every plan includes categorization and live tracking, because a plan without those is not a budget tracker.

Plan rates depend on the number of connected accounts and budget owners you need, so we quote them directly rather than publishing a figure that would be wrong for most businesses. Tell us the scope on the contact page and you will get the number for your scope, not a starting-from price.

Connect with us
Which banks and cards can be connected?
Business current accounts and corporate or business credit and debit cards from the major Indian banks and card issuers, connected read-only. If an institution you use is not supported yet, send us the name from the contact page and we will tell you where it sits. In the meantime that account can be tracked by import rather than live connection, so it still counts toward your category totals.
How accurate is the automatic categorization?
Accuracy depends heavily on your merchant mix, so a single headline percentage would be marketing rather than information. What we will commit to is the mechanic: every assignment carries a confidence band, high-confidence assignments post straight through, borderline ones land in a review queue with both candidates shown, and first-time merchants with no usable pattern are held in Uncategorized rather than guessed. In practice the first cycle needs the most review and each one after that needs less, because your corrections become rules.
What happens in the first cycle?
You connect accounts, confirm or rename the starter categories, and set a limit and near-limit threshold on each. Where the account history allows it, the engine backfills prior transactions so you have a reference point for setting limits rather than guessing them. Tracking is live from the first settled transaction after connection.
Can BudgetGaga move money or pay a bill?
No. Account connections are read-only, no payment credentials are held, and there is no mechanism for the product to initiate a transfer or release a payment. Approving a reallocation changes budget limits inside BudgetGaga. Anything that happens in your bank is still done by you, in your bank.
Do reallocation suggestions apply themselves?
Never. A suggestion is a proposal with a named source, a destination, an amount and the resulting readings for both categories. It waits for an explicit approval from whoever owns the budget line. There is no auto-approve setting and no timeout that treats silence as consent.
What does changing plan or cancelling involve?
Plans are monthly and you can move up or down at any time, with the change taking effect from the next cycle so a budget period is never split across two plans. Cancelling stops the billing at the end of the current period, and your data stays exportable in full for ninety days after that so you are never racing a deadline to get your own figures out.
Is there a limit on transaction volume?
Plans are shaped by connected accounts, categories and users rather than transaction count, because transaction volume is not something you control and should not be something you are penalised for. If volume on your account is genuinely unusual we will raise it with you directly rather than throttling categorization quietly.
Who should be on Growth rather than Starter?
The dividing line is whether more than one person owns a budget. Starter assumes you own all of it, so it routes every flag and suggestion to you. The moment department heads hold their own lines, you need routing, per-category thresholds and reallocation that asks both sides, which is where Growth begins.
Pick your month end

The plan matters less than the day you find out.

Starter and Growth both flag a breach on day 11. Pick the one that matches how many people hold a budget.

The statement routeDay 31

You read the number after it is spent

The category closed at 112 percent. The money left the account three weeks ago. The only decision available now is which line to explain it against.

  • Overage discovered at close
  • Reallocation window already gone
  • Next cycle starts on the same blind footing
The BudgetGaga routeDay 11

You read the pace while it still bends

At 74 percent on day 11 the category is flagged as trending over, with an under-spent line named as the source. You approve the shift, or you tighten the spend. Either way you chose.

  • Flagged the moment the pace breaks
  • Reallocation source named, not hunted for
  • Every move still waits on your approval
